The Gramercy Park Hotel in New York City is simply stunning! It looks as though it is a modern day castle right in the big city. I love the ceiling lights, the dramatic red drapes, the colorful accents and the gorgeous views. Oh, how I'd love to take a week trip to New York and stay in this hotel. Just me & a carry-on with just enough clothes for the week (lately embracing less is more... especially when packing for trips these days). I would watch cable from bed, grab coffee at some coffee shop and get lost in a book and spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the city. I would love to spend the evening catching up with friends on the beautiful patio. I think the ambiance at this hotel would be amazing!
